During the process solid Sulphur is melted and that molten Sulphur is burnt in presence of excess dry air that ultimately passed through vanadium penta oxide catalyst in four stages. Sulphuric Acid is supplied in tanker loads and major consuming industries are pharmaceutical, soap, dye intermediates, industrial chemical, ammunition factory, fertilizers .etc
This is variant of Sulphuric Acid and less corrosive in nature than Sulphuric Acid. In general Oleum is assessed according to the free SO3 content by mass. It can also be expressed as a percentage of sulfuric acid strength and commonly this is 23% of Sulphuric Acid. The main use of Oleum is in T N T (explosives) and also for manufacture of water based resins. Oleum is an important intermediate in the manufacture of sulphuric Acid due to its high enthalpy of Hydrogen. This also supplied in tankers load.
The commissioning of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA) plant with 50 PD capacity is conceived at Udaipur unit in view of proximity of basic raw material 98% Sulphuric Acid availability in the vicinity from Hindustan Zinc Ltd. The another raw material is LAB [Liner Alkyl Benzene].
LABSA is manufactured by sulphonation of LAB with Sulphuric Acid 98% in a continuous process and the reaction is highly exothermic which are controlled closely. Every process occurs automatically without human error to get better quality product & also sufficient quantity.
LABSA is an intermediate chemical and practically all detergent formulations contain it as the active ingredient.
The Spent Sulphuric Acid, a bye-product generated during the process of this manufacturing will be consumed for SSP fertilizer. Thus, this LABSA plant is a well laid-out strategy for vertical integration as a new product as well as forward integration for our SSP fertilizer.
Moreover, this product has huge demand in sulphonation industries in Rajasthan and nearby States like, U.P.,Uttarakhand, Haryana, HP, Punjab, MP, Gujarat etc.
Our PSSP powder conforms to FCO standards comprising of 16% water soluble Monocalcium Phosphate, i.e. P2O5 and also 21% Calcium and 12% Sulphur which are unique to this fertilizer. This PSSP fertilizer is available in standard packing of 50kg PP bags with free flowing material for easy application in the field. This water soluble phosphorus of SSP increases absorption capacity of soil while calcium increases porosity and productivity of soil. The Sulphur content in this product increases resistance capacity of plants. . It is used for oil seed crops, paddy, sugarcane and also for vegetables & fruits in small quantity as per the need.

It is commonly known as Epsom salt and it is a form of mineral. This product is used in gardening and other agriculture activities and mainly used to correct Magnesium or Sulphur deficiency in soil since Magnesium is an essential element in chlorophyll molecule such as potato, tomato, lemon, carrot, pepper and roses. It is also used in cotton and other fruit crops like banana and also in oil seed crops. Magnesium Sulphate is packed in attractive 25 Kg BOPP bags.
Soya bean oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of soya bean. It is one of the widely consumed cooking oils. Before extraction of crude oil, soya seed passes through many intermediate process like seed cleaning, cracking of seed, cooking of seed & lastly flaking & drying of oil bearing material. This material carrying to extraction plant where it comes in contact with highly volatile inflammable solvent hexane in counter flow circuit. In the distillation unit at different temperatures crude oil & hexane get separated. Soya crude oil is further refined and after removal of impurities, the same is made fit for human consumption.

It is generally used as an emulsifier or binding agent or lubricant when added to food but also used as an antioxidant & flavor protector. Lecithin has ability to simultaneously interact with both oil & water that makes it such an effective & stable emulsifier when introduced into a system. An emulsifier such as Lecithin acts to help maintain stable emulsion between two unstable liquids. Lecithin is used for applications in human feed, animals feed, pharmaceuticals, paints & other industrial applications
